Build the instrument.

LensAI is a small team building a crypto research desk that shows its work. If a wrong number bothers you more than a missing one, we'd like to meet you.

How we work

W.1

The join is the product

Anyone can chart a factor. We are obsessed with the part that compounds: the normalized history, the immutable corpus, the curated graph, the calibration record.

W.2

Say what we don't know

We show uncertainty instead of hiding it. A labeled conjecture beats a confident guess, in the product and in the way we work.

W.3

Small team, real ownership

You own outcomes end to end. Fewer people, more surface area, more trust.

W.4

Ship, then sharpen

We put things in front of users early and let reality tell us what to refine next.

C.2

Open roles

Own capture and the factor store: append-only ingest, point-in-time reads, percentile normalization, and the cost architecture that keeps a read near-free at scale. Correctness and no-lookahead are your KPIs.

We look for
  • Has shipped data systems where a wrong number is worse than no number
  • Comfortable in TypeScript and SQL; opinions about immutability
  • Writes the test that proves the invariant before the feature

What to expect

The way we operate

Remote-first

Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We overlap for a few core hours and otherwise optimize for deep work.

Async & written

Decisions live in writing so anyone can catch up. Fewer meetings, clearer thinking.

Real ownership

You pick up problems, not tickets, and see them through to users.

Fair equity

Everyone shares in the upside. Compensation is transparent within the team.
